1320 Group LLC ("1320 Group," "we") operates 1320.digital. This policy covers the site, our client services, and the apps and browser extensions we publish.

Information you give us. We collect contact details and project information you submit through proposals, client intake forms, support forms, support chats, or messages. Support forms include your name, email, and message, plus a product name if you provide one. Client intake may include files you choose to upload.

Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We receive confirmation and basic billing details but never see or store full card numbers.

Basic technical data. Our first-party analytics records pages viewed, links clicked, referral and campaign information, a random session identifier, browser, device, operating system, screen size, and approximate country or city. The identifier stays in session storage and is not a cross-site tracking cookie. We use no third-party advertising or analytics service.

Each product collects only what it needs to work. Where a product has its own privacy policy or App Store or Chrome Web Store privacy disclosure, that product-specific policy governs. Read the existing browser extension privacy policy.

We use information to deliver services, process payments, provide support, understand basic site use, and keep things secure.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We share information with service providers that run our hosting, database, file storage, account access, and payment processing, and when required by law.

We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us below. We respond within 30 days.

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
